COACHING
When I learned that Marisa Tomei still coaches on EVERY PROJECT (with Kate McGregor Stewart) and that she brings her coach to every set, it changed my opinion of working with a coach. I also realized that professional athletes never stop training and working with coaches. Coaches can be an amazing tool for anyone to add to their lives, whether solely for their acting or for the purposes of general life improvement.
I started working with Kate as my acting coach in 2015. She helped to develop my confidence and my ability to “think outside the box.” I tended to be quite literal and linear, and Kate’s method was perfect to help expand my point-of-view.
In 2020 I started working with a life & business coach, and WOW! Coaching can truly transform your life. I am a die-hard coaching enthusiast now, and I want to help everyone! Whether it’s making more interesting choices in your acting and writing, or becoming aware of patterns in your life that are holding you back, I am passionate about helping you be your best self and find success - however you define it. We all deserve to be happy and fulfilled - let’s get you there!
